The hotel had both its highlights and drawbacks. While the rooms were updated, clean, and spacious, my cousin had trouble sleeping due to a bad smell. The hospitality, however, was truly remarkable. The small room size could be a downside.

I was pleasantly surprised by the updated and very clean rooms that were much more comfortable and upmarket than expected from the motel-like exterior. However, the rooms are very small, and the bathroom is extraordinarily tiny. The service was top-notch with very friendly and helpful staff who were always accommodating. The location was perfect for our needs and conveniently close to many restaurants and places to hang out. Despite the small room size, the proximity to Stanford University and several dining options made it a great stay.
